Probably a very newbish question, pardon...
I have a voxel I would like to downscale. I thought the 'Resize' feature would be the go-to tool for that. However, it only offers to increase the size, not decrease! And only by full multiples. How do I scale the size to, say, 0.5?

Nevermind, I solved it via voxel headers, I guess that's just as good a solution.

Either HVA Transformation (that's the matrix), either voxel bounds. You can't do better.

Note: While the HVA Transformation matrix appears at the voxel header options, it's not part of the voxel header.
