The E.M.P. Cannon is a large defence turret designed to house and launch specialized E.M.P. shells. The E.M.P. Cannon produces these shells at a slow rate, too slow to be effective in a fast paced battle which means the commander needs to select the firing coordinates manually, however the E.M.P. Cannon does provide a long range which is very useful for disabling an attack task force before it’s anywhere near your base.
