its a pretty interesting design. but how does it functionally "eat" enemy structures? Maybe it might be best to draw a concept first.
It's definitely better...but I wouldn't call it "good" just yet -
The top definitely needs more shape to it I'd say, and the only "window" it should really have would be in the front. Windows are, usually, the weakest point.
the feet could be a little bit wider.

Looking really better now
Some suggestions. First make it's legs wider, specially the feet. Second, in the center of the circular bases of the chin chain guns, and the gun on it's top, put a black circle; since it looks somewhat odd that the guns come from nowhere .
Also do what gufu said, "make it legs fold under itself", the deploy anim would look more natural in that way. QUICK_EDIT
