Alphalighting

I am in need of assistance with alphalighting. I need these lights on this structure... (see animation). Anyone who can help, please do. I have the SHP for the actual signpost if it is required.

Convert your new alfaimage to SHP(ts) with this palette... or use palette for SHP Builder

Okay.. I'm assuming it should look like this? the darker grey is less light, the whiter is more light, and the pink is completely transparent (nothing)?

Edit: Gangster, the signpost you did, How did you get it where units could go UNDER it? I need to do the same for this one.

Well it turns out I needed to fill in the pink withthe darkest black colour (bottom left)
