Nestene may be good, lots of units for em there, refinery could be a dish which sucks up ore from a field (like the london eye turning plastic dummies to life, it could be like a dish which turns ore which the Nestene needs into cash). The MCV is the molten core of the Nestene, and when it takes damage it starts to move around in it's pool angrily, like on the new tv. series.
Units would be $100 Combat Dummies, Walks up to the enemy, has great armour. but has to get close and personal with the enemy, basically fodder units. Then you get the $200 Shooter Dummies which open there hands and start shooting people, and then you get the $1500 Wheelybin, which mindcontrolls people, sends them into the bin, (Like the old soviet cloning vat, except no cash reward) and clones the unit, killing the old one and making a plastic copy
Could also have Magma Plasticans which are globes of Molten Plastic which moves up to the enemy, has massive armour like a Kirov, but moves soo slow.... and Lava attack which razes people and buildings to bits.
Then you have those killer flowers..
I dont know about this, seems a bit to, "not evil" seems more like plastic tonka toys to me
