Anyone interested in (free) Phantasy Star Online?
Subject description: First PC version on private servers.
I've recently got back into playing PSO PC (Not PSO:BB but rather the original, long unsupported version released eons ago.) and was wondering if anyone else would be interested in playing it on private servers?
The game itself is available for download here here and is 500 meg. If people want more information just ask, I'm more interested in seeing if anyone here would be interested in playing it. QUICK_EDIT
The word you are looking for is 'it' and 'it' is a free five year old online game - if you were expecting it to be identical to WoW you are obviously going to be disappointed. Especially if you tried to play it alone - in which case I don't doubt you were severely owned by every single creature you saw. QUICK_EDIT

its too ugly to be playable, even DooM looks better... (actually DooM looks better than many games) _________________ Please, read the signature rules of the forum. QUICK_EDIT
Nevermind about graphics. What about playability? And furthermore, the game is about 5-6 years old. You wouldn't expect it to have the advanced graphics that we have today. _________________ Bwaha! Yummy! And that my friend is why I'm the chicken!

I agree
Stop being a graphics whore Chielscape.
Why do you play C&C if you think that PSO is ugly?
Somehow it looks interesting, at least it doesn't have damm orcs and elves and that stuff, or does it?
kijk het is nog gratis ook, als nederlander kun je daar geen nee tegen zeggen _________________ QUICK_EDIT

lol graphic whore good 1.
games should realy be rated on detail and how much addicting it will be.and sometimes sound,i dont think you would want to hear a heavy metal linkn park song in a warcraft game.there are games like thunderstrike online that had graphics that were fuzzy, and i thought it would sucks like that old hoover machine in the junkyard, but it was addicting.so grop with it chielscape, and you know what, the graphics are actauly prety good.better then this...

graphics in my definition is not counted in polys, voxels, pixels or whatever. they just should look nice.
Freelancers graphics are very low poly, and the textures arent really good either. but somehow it still looks good.
warcraft 3, for example, looks like crap. even for an RTS.
Renegade, also low-quality, looks much better than Fable: the lost chapters. (have you ever looked at those faces? make you wanna puke, dont they?)

No one cares. Graphics don't affect a playability of a game. Go post somewhere where people might care. QUICK_EDIT
